Freelance Marketing Executive

If you’re just starting out as a freelance marketer, or need a regular client to fill some gaps in your schedule, this could be for you.

Method Marketing is looking for an experienced freelance marketer to help manage its growing client base. There will be a mix of activity, with a focus on content marketing and content creation.

The basics:

  • 25 hours per week (ideally during office hours)
  • Remote/hybrid available
  • 3 months (initial retainer)

Key responsibilities:

  • Social media management: Creating and posting updates to various channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Social media outreach: Engaging audiences to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Content creation: Article writing, editing and proofreading.
  • Image sourcing: Editing using Canva may also be required.
  • Account management: Keeping Method Marketing clients updated with regards to ongoing projects.

Ideally, you will have:

  • 3+ years experience in marketing
  • Experience liaising with clients
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • An understanding of SEO
  • CMS experience (WordPress in particular)
  • Image editing skills desirable (Canva in particular)
  • Good communications skill
  • Experience managing multiple projects.
