This April, Method Marketing is delighted to share that it has partnered with Ecologi in order to plant 2,500 trees in Kenya and offset another 30t of CO2.
This builds on our donation last year of 1,000 trees and brings the total number of trees in the company’s ‘forest’ to 3,501, while 50t of carbon has been offset.
Ecologi will use the latest donation to plant a variety of trees as part of a 7-year reforestation project in Kenya. Working in partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects, the B Corp aims to replant more than 5,700 hectares in the Mau region of southern Kenya. As part of the project, local people will be employed to plant and nurture the trees, providing a boost to the local economy.
